The 2024/25 year marked a step-change for the Wairarapa Economic Development Strategy (WEDS), with the Work Programme delivering clear progress across our three priority areas: Food & Fibre, Skills & Workforce Development, and Water Resilience. Strong alignment, renewed energy, and deepening regional collaboration defined the year as WEDS initiatives moved from planning to delivery.
